Matt Mawson began his career assisting leading London fashion and still life photographers, later working with one of the city’s top still life studios.
Transitioning from studio work, he went on to cover global conflicts across Southeast Asia, Africa, Northern Iraq, the Balkans, and Eastern Europe for several European press agencies. Blending the precision of studio photography with the immediacy of reportage, Matt has developed a distinctive, award-winning style now central to his corporate communications work. He is currently based between London (UK), Phoenix (AZ), and Mexico City.
